As a Field Support Representative in Sweden, you will work closely with the customer support teams and Nordic sales teams to ensure consistency and excellent customer service to all of our customers. Your typical duties will involve installation, training and troubleshooting of IDEXX equipment in Veterinary Surgeries.

In This Role
Your day to day will require travel to customer locations to install equipment, troubleshoot product issues, improve workflow and utilisation and provide product training. A technical aptitude is essential to be able to resolve any customer queries, so knowledge of IDEXX products is advantageous.

The successful candidate will provide support for new customer installations and go-live events and train customers in the use of IDEXX products, equipment and services. This requires experience of good communication skills and a confidence with presenting, whilst adapting to customer needs.

What You Will Need to Succeed
IDEXX are looking for someone who has veterinary experience as a vet, veterinary nurse or equivalent, with preferably 3-5 years in this field. If you speak fluent Swedish as well as fluent English, this is advantageous.

For this position, the successful individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, adapt quickly to change and have a key strength of flexibility. The ability to work independently and in a team orientated environment in a professional manner is a must.

As this position requires a lot of travel, having a drivers’ license is essential and a car is provided.
