Sales management and personal sales…
As the Sales Manager in Virbac you will have the overall responsibility for sales of products for Companion Animals (small animals and horses) to veterinarians in Sweden. You will have the daily responsibility of a strong and dedicated team of four veterinary consultants and a close collaboration with a dynamic Nordic marketing team, as well as with your colleagues in Denmark and Norway.
Your task, along with your team, are to ensure great visibility and awareness of Virbac and Virbac’s products through the development of promotional and value-creating initiatives and campaigns. Through value-based sales, you and the team must ensure that veterinary clinics in Sweden receive the right service, the necessary knowledge and are challenged.
The starting point of the position will be your home workplace. Ideally, this would be near Stockholm.
There may be multiple entrances to this position.
You may have a commercial educational background and then gained experience in the sale of veterinary products, human medicine, dietary supplements or similar. Or you can have an education as a veterinarian and then gained good sales experience in the veterinary industry.
The most important thing is, that you are a skilled and committed sales manager, who can set the direction and motivate your team, and that you are still motivated to process customers yourself. You are an energetic person who, with your great drive and enthusiasm, can create good results.
Of course, you have the customer, their situation and needs at the center in your daily work. At the same time, you know how to involve your team in decisions and solutions.
